Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram data deletion instructions

To request deletion or anonymization of data associated with LoopdUp interactions, contact LoopdUp at hello@loopdup.com . These instructions apply to Facebook Page, Messenger, and Instagram data processed through LoopdUp, as well as other supported channels where applicable.

What to include

• Your name and requester email.
• The business, venue, Facebook Page, or Instagram business account connected to the request.
• The channel involved, such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Zalo.
• The approximate message or interaction date.
• A safe account, channel, or conversation identifier if available, such as a Page name, Instagram handle, conversation reference, or screenshot that does not expose sensitive third-party information.

What LoopdUp can delete or anonymize

Depending on the request and the venue relationship, LoopdUp may delete or anonymize applicable Meta-derived IDs, profile or channel identity, conversation records, staff reply history, contact or CRM history, and operational records tied to the requester or conversation.

How requests are handled

1. LoopdUp acknowledges the request and reviews the information provided.
2. If needed, LoopdUp verifies the requester identity, venue relationship, or authority to act for the relevant business account.
3. Applicable records are deleted or anonymized where operationally and legally permitted.
4. LoopdUp confirms completion or provides a status update after review.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days. Some requests may take longer if identity, venue authority, or channel ownership needs to be verified.

Limits and backups

Some security, legal, abuse-prevention, billing, audit, or operational records may need to be retained where required or where deletion is not immediately practical. Backup and archive copies may be removed according to normal retention cycles.
