Connected channel data deletion instructions

To request deletion or anonymization of data associated with LoopdUp interactions, contact LoopdUp at hello@loopdup.com . These instructions apply to Facebook Page, Messenger, and Instagram data processed through LoopdUp, as well as Google Business Profile, Canva, supported POS connections, Loop account information and other applicable operational or creative records.

What to include

• Your name and requester email.
• The business, venue, Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or Instagram business account connected to the request.
• The app or workflow involved, such as Google Business Profile, Meta, Canva, POS, staffing, stock or the Loop account.
• The approximate message or interaction date.
• A safe account, channel, or conversation identifier if available, such as a Page name, Instagram handle, conversation reference, or screenshot that does not expose sensitive third-party information.

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, private keys or full payment details with a request.

Google Business Profile disconnection

An authorized venue manager can disconnect Google Business Profile in Loop or request disconnection and deletion at hello@loopdup.com . You can independently revoke LoopdUp at any time in Google Account third-party connections .

Disconnecting clears the LoopdUp Google credential and location mapping and removes applicable live review session content held by LoopdUp. After a verified termination request, LoopdUp will disassociate the Business Profile connection and remove applicable management permissions within seven business days so the business regains exclusive control through Google.

LoopdUp cannot delete account, listing, review, or other information that Google keeps independently under Google's own policies.

Other connections and the Loop account

For Meta or Canva, you can revoke the connection through the provider’s account settings and ask LoopdUp to remove its connection records. For a POS connection, ask us to stop the supported workflow and remove the applicable credential or session mapping. You may also request deletion of your Loop account and applicable venue-related records, subject to verification of your authority.

Disconnecting stops future authorized access; imported sales information, conversation history, campaign assets and operational records require a separate deletion or anonymization request. Tell us which records are involved. Deleting the native app from a device does not delete a server-side account or its records.

LoopdUp cannot delete records that Meta, Canva, a POS provider or another connected service keeps independently. You may need to use that provider’s own deletion controls as well.

What LoopdUp can delete or anonymize

Depending on the request and the venue relationship, LoopdUp may delete or anonymize applicable Meta-derived IDs, profile or channel identity, conversation records, staff reply history, contact or CRM history, account records, applicable imported POS data, staffing or stock records, campaign briefs and assets, and operational records tied to the verified requester or authorized venue.

How requests are handled

1. LoopdUp acknowledges the request and reviews the information provided.
2. If needed, LoopdUp verifies the requester identity, venue relationship, or authority to act for the relevant business account.
3. Applicable records are deleted or anonymized where operationally and legally permitted.
4. LoopdUp confirms completion or provides a status update after review.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days. Some requests may take longer if identity, venue authority, or channel ownership needs to be verified.

Limits and backups

Some security, legal, abuse-prevention, billing, audit, or operational records may need to be retained where required or where deletion is not immediately practical. Backup and archive copies may be removed according to normal retention cycles.
