Where does the demo happen?

The first interactive experience happens in Messenger through the Free AI Business Health Scan. This matches the real product flow better than a fake website demo.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests use QR/NFC touchpoints and continue in familiar messaging channels such as Messenger, with WhatsApp and Zalo possible later depending on setup.

Can staff take over conversations?

Yes. LoopdUp supports staff handoff through the staff inbox when a guest needs human help or when the AI should not continue.

Can this work for small venues?

Yes. Small venues often lose money through missed reviews, weak follow-up, and inconsistent upsells. Core is the main starting point, while Mini can fit micro venues or trial use.

What data does LoopdUp need?

You can start with basic venue inputs, guest conversations, feedback, review activity, loyalty, and voucher usage. POS uploads or integrations can improve insights later but are not required to begin.

Do I need POS integration to start?

Does LoopdUp act automatically?
