Use of LoopdUp

LoopdUp provides hospitality software and AI-assisted recommendations for venues. Venue owners and managers are responsible for how they apply recommendations in their operations.

Connected channels

Where a venue connects messaging, social, review, POS, loyalty, or other third-party channels, the venue and its authorized team users are responsible for using those channels lawfully and in line with applicable platform rules. LoopdUp must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or promotional messaging that the relevant platform rules or applicable law do not allow.

Recommendations

AI-generated recommendations are intended to support manager decisions. Venue owners and managers remain responsible for operational, commercial, and guest-facing actions.

Google Business Profile

A customer may connect only a Google Business Profile it owns or is authorized to manage. The customer remains responsible for listing information, approved public replies, and other changes submitted to Google.

LoopdUp may prepare reply drafts or proposed listing actions for manager consideration. Review replies, opening-hours changes, listing edits, and any other external Google account action require the customer's prior specific approval. LoopdUp does not automatically publish these actions without that authorization.

Either party may terminate the integration. LoopdUp will provide disconnection and remove applicable management permissions and associations after termination. Use of Google APIs does not imply that LoopdUp is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Google.

Pricing shown on the website may vary by venue size, touchpoints, integrations, and onboarding requirements.
