Platform foundation
One shared workspace for your hospitality team.
The native Loop app brings conversations, business context and manager-approved work together on mobile, alongside the web workspace.
Current scope
App in development
The working app is being developed and tested. Early-access distribution and enabled features are confirmed during onboarding.
What you need
- A Loop account and authorization for the venues you access.
- Device permissions only for features you choose to use, such as microphone access for voice input.
Your workspace, across connected apps
Loop is LoopdUp’s own mobile app for iOS and Android. It connects your team to the shared workspace, while the LoopdUp service handles your authorized business connections.
Account access and sessions
The app uses the same account and venue permissions as the service. Sign-in is protected on your device and in the web workspace. Signing in with Google is separate from connecting Google Business Profile.
Information you choose to provide
Messages, operational updates, selected files and voice input are processed for the workflow you use. A voice feature may request microphone permission; the app’s Privacy Policy covers the resulting information and any AI processing required by that feature.
Team permissions still apply
Having the app or creating an account does not grant access to another venue. Venue access and roles are checked by the service. External account changes remain subject to the permissions and approval rules of the specific integration.
Technical details
- Expo and React Native provide the native application framework. Expo SecureStore is used for native session persistence.
- Business integrations are accessed through authenticated LoopdUp service endpoints rather than by exposing integration credentials in the mobile interface.
- The native app and web workspace share the account and venue access model.
