Business connection
Connect sales and menu data to everyday decisions.
Bring supported POS information into Loop and prepare approved operational changes for the right venue.
Current scope
iPOS workflows tested
Selected iPOS revenue, menu and manager-approved change workflows have been tested. Support is confirmed per capability and venue. KiotViet, MISA CUKCUK and additional POS or PMS providers are on the roadmap.
What you need
- An authorized POS account and a confirmed mapping to the correct venue or store.
- Agreement on the data to import and the specific read or change workflows to enable.
- Manager approval for supported changes that affect the external POS account.
Use the data your venue already has
Supported workflows can bring sales reports, menu and product information into the venue workspace. This gives Loop business context for identifying opportunities and preparing practical actions. Each provider’s supported fields and features are confirmed during setup.
Keep reads and changes separate
Reading a sales report is different from changing a menu or voucher. Supported external changes use a preview, specific manager approval and a check of the resulting provider state. A tested iPOS capability does not imply that every POS function or provider is supported.
How the connection works
Loop connects through the supported method for your POS, such as a data export or a controlled task in the provider’s account. AWS supports selected iPOS tasks. Each task is limited to the authorized account, store and agreed action.
Data and disconnection
POS information may include sales, bills, product and menu records, vouchers and customer fields present in an authorized export. Stop access through the provider and contact LoopdUp to disconnect or request deletion. Imported records and records kept by the POS provider have separate retention and deletion controls.
Technical details
- AWS Bedrock AgentCore Browser runs selected provider-specific browser flows; it is not an unrestricted agent browsing your business accounts.
- Provider credentials use protected AWS credential storage. The application resolves the connection for the authorized venue.
- Some providers send report exports by email. Supported email-import workflows validate the sender and attachment before using the data.
